Applicants letter dated 8/15/04 read. Stating that Mrs. Shuman has Raynauds disease which causes her to lose circulation in her fingers. When the weather gets cool or there is ice and snow her condition worsens. That is why they are planning to add a garage.
Lisa Fitzgerald, M.D., Mrs. Shuman’s Physician letter dated 10/18/04 read. Stating that Mrs. Shuman has Raynaud’s disease. This is a vasospastic circulatory condition which is brought on by cold temperatures. Dr. Fitzgerald supports the applicant’s intent to build a garage to allow sufficient warming of the hands and feet and will help prevent her condition from worsening.
Board requested building plans and new plot plan needed. Board would like to hear what the neighbors felt about the garage.

Applicant and Architect Lou Eyster, describes plans to join two structures together and add a two car garage The first structure is the main house. The plan is to convert one of the bedrooms into corridor which allow the two structures to be connected by a 10 X 21 sq ft. breeze way which will then lead into storage area and a second bedroom The new two car garage will be attached to the second structure.
